By offering training in modern aquaculture, sustainable tourism, and digital freelancing, we can create diverse alternative employment opportunities. Additionally, providing interest-free or low-interest micro-loans will empower them to become self-reliant entrepreneurs. It is also crucial to equip them with skills in sustainable agriculture and disaster management to build resilience against climate change. Our ultimate goal is to strengthen their social safety net by ensuring access to healthcare and quality recreational facilities.
